- Where is AKB Self Storage located? Our facility is at 335 Garfield Street near the McMinnville Civic Center. Come and check us out!
- Are you nearby downtown McMinnville? We sure are. In fact, AKB Self Storage is only half a mile from downtown McMinnville. We couldn’t be more central!
- Do you serve any other neighborhoods besides McMinnville? Of course! AKB Self Storage is also the top choice with customers from Centertown, Dibrell, Irving College, Viola, Summitville, Altamont, Woodbury and beyond.
- How can I pay my bills? We recommend our online payment system. It’s fast, simple, and convenient. It is easy to set up auto payments through the Tenant portal. In the main office we accept cash, check, and money order only.
- What if I have a special request? Moving something heavy, extra-large truck/trailer(Semi), delivery/shipping to the facility/unloading, delivery of a storage pod to unload, parking a U-Haul overnight, etc. Our experienced staff will be happy to assist you with these special requests Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.

- What vehicle/boat/RV/ storage options do you offer? We offer many different options. Large doors that will fit an RV or boat with rack. Extra wide doors even on smaller units for trailers with boats, atv’s, motorcycles, etc. Minimal entry units to keep water out but provide ease of drive in on a semi flat surface. Paved/concrete driveways available. Two door units for toys on both sides making it easier to use multiple toys in one space.
- How secure is your facility? As secure as it gets! AKB is fully fenced with individualized gated access to only one individual at a time and features state of the art AI surveillance cameras throughout all facilities. The system notifies management with any issues if they arise immediately and allows for 24/7 monitoring from any location. We are by far one of, if not the most secure facilities in the state of TN. Come by for a security tour and we will gladly answer any question you may have and provide you with an individualized security experience no one else can provide.
- Do you have drive-up access? We do. Simply drive up to your storage unit and unload straight from your vehicle. Quick and easy!
- Do you have temperature controlled units? Temperature controlled options are available. They’re perfect for storing your most important belongings.
- What are your access hours? Our access hours vary depending on your choice of storage unit. Regular units are from 5:30AM to 8:00PM whereas premium units are 24 hour. Please get in touch for more details.
